This document describes the requirements for a minimal subset. As such, this document only describes procedures for the operation of the data communication and logical voice circuit handling, such as circuit blocking, unblocking, reset and out-of-sequence release of circuits.
The description does not include procedures for circuit testing or data communications reconfiguration for transfer of other data than roaming and handoff messages.
