This 7th edition of DIN Handbook 10 contains 90 currently valid German national standards (DIN Standards) dealing with the dimensions of bolts, screws and studs. In this updated compilation four standards are new: DIN 787 T-head bolts; DIN 1445 Clevis pins with head and threaded portion; DIN 5903-1 Fish bolts – Part 1: With round head and oval neck; DIN 5903-2 Fish bolts – Part 2: With square head. 27 standards have been revised for this edition. Standards on bolts, screws and studs are divided between two English-language DIN Handbooks (Nos. 10 and 362). Handbook 10 contains translations of national standards, while its companion volume, Handbook 362, is a compilation of European standards. The 6th edition of Handbook 10 contains 90 DIN-Standards. Over half of the standards are new or revised versions. Titles are grouped into the following sections: hexagon head bolts and screws, hexagon head bolts and screws for use in structural steelwork, screws with 12 point socket, T-head bolts, hexalobular head bolts, boltings, wood screws, studs with reduced shank, hexalobular socket head cap screws, hexagon socket head screws, weld screws, square head bolts, slotted head screws, cross recessed head screws, screw and washer assemblies, double end studs, studs, tapping screws, thread-forming screws, plastic screws, cover screws and miscellaneous bolts and screws.
